The Issues You Care About

How long does it take to produce samples and orders?

  • Sample production: 7-10Days.
  • Order production: 30-45Days.
    This is calculated after receipt of payment for samples or orders.

What are the OEM/ODM fees?

Sample Fee:

  • Charge: $80 per piece.
  • Refund: Upon placing an order (>500 units).

Order Fee:

  • Deposit: 40% of the total order amount.
  • The remaining 60% balance must be paid one week before shipment.
  • Refund $80 sample fee.

Note: Customization for additional components, e.g., hardware accessories, is not included. It may involve tooling costs and minimum order quantities.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

  • Yes. The minimum order quantity is based on the product not less than 100 pieces per color.

What are the shipping methods?

Sample shipping:

  • UPS, DHL, FEDEX.

Order shipping:

  • Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL).
  • Air Freight.

The logistics method and freight forwarder shall be designated by the customer. We are responsible for loading and shipping.

How do ensure that we work effectively?

Production Timeline:

  • Develop a production timeline detailing each key step from order placement to delivery, including estimated times.

Email Production Progress Reports:

  • Send production progress report at least once a week.

Photo and Image Sharing:

  • Share photos of production lines, product production and quality inspection to help customers visualize the entire process.

Customer Support:

  • Provide personalized and professional customer support to ensure timely fulfillment of customer needs.
