Order Fulfillment

For online orders, inventory is prioritized to meet the needs of our long - term wholesale customers. We will start preparing your goods within 72 - 96 hours. Once the order is confirmed, the goods will be fully prepared within this time frame and then be ready for dispatch.

Shipping Method

Goods will be shipped via air or sea freight with door - to - door delivery, including taxes (DDP).

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout according to your order details. For orders weighing up to 5 kg, our standard rate applies. For orders exceeding 5 kg, please get in touch with us before placing the order. We will provide a customized shipping quote to ensure a seamless delivery process.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Shipping Updates

Note:

  1. This shipping policy is applicable only to online orders placed directly on this website. All shipments originate from Guangzhou, China.
  2. If you have your own freight forwarder in China, you can utilize your own logistics plan. Please inform us via email or WhatsApp. We will hand over the goods to your designated forwarder free of charge. Once your forwarder signs for the goods, the order is regarded as delivered.
