Shipping Policy

  1. Order Fulfillment
    For items marked In Stock, orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours.

  2. Shipping Method
    All shipments use air freight with door-to-door delivery, including taxes (DDP).

  3. Shipping Fees
    Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order amount. Orders up to 5 kg follow our standard rate. For orders over 5 kg, please contact us before placing the order so we can provide a customized shipping quote to ensure smooth delivery.

  4. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your parcel using the provided link.

  5. Shipping Updates
    All fulfillment and shipping notifications are sent to the email address used at checkout.

Note:

  • This shipping policy applies only to online orders placed directly on this website. All shipments are from Guangzhou, China.

  • If you have your own freight forwarder in China, you may use your logistics plan. Please notify us via email or WhatsApp, and we will hand over the goods to your designated forwarder free of charge. Once your forwarder signs, the order is considered delivered.
